For over 30 years, the Wolf Sanctuary of PA at Speedwell Forge has provided a forever home for displaced wolves and wolf-dogs. As a non-profit sanctuary, they need your help so that they can continue in their mission of providing quality care and enrichment for these mysterious and misunderstood creatures. Some of their long-term goals include an onsite veterinary care facility and a “Wolf Kitchen” for food storage and preparation.

Mark your calendars for a night of music, friends, art and education on Sunday, March 19 at Tellus360, 6pm to midnight.

Donations can be made via the Sanctuary’s website or at the show: www.wolfsanctuarypa.org/donate

You can find additional information about the musical lineup on the Facebook event page.

So let’s get together, rock out to some music, and howl at the moon!

“JUST A KID”

Everyone is “Just a Kid” from somewhere, but Exit Lancaster students are different than most other kids. By growing up in Lancaster and being a part of this substantial program, Exit Lancaster students learn the fundamental values of giving back to their community.

Exit Lancaster’s Just A Kid campaign is not just about the positive impact this non-profit program strives to provide for its students, but more about the exceptional students themselves—the ones who are involved. Since 2003, Exit Lancaster kids have volunteered over 10,000 hours of their time—just one of the many ways in which Exit Lancaster’s core lessons have been implemented in their everyday lives.

“Exit Lancaster, to me, is mostly based off of community involvement. They always encourage us to do community service, be involved in our community, and know what is going on around us—how it betters ourselves being aware of what is going on around us, how the community is always there for you, and how you should always be there for your community,” explains an Exit Lancaster student, Danae.

When students and their families commit to the hard work, principles, and fun which encompass Exit Lancaster, a whole world of opportunities open up. With your help, Exit Lancaster can continue to encourage, educate, and mentor students to give back to their community, and create a winning life plan.
